Broken bones grow back stronger.

At youth service Friday, Stephen preached about what makes us unclean. I've realized that it's something I've been trying to stop for a while, and I really did stop for a while. But now I really need to stop. So I pray,

Lord, come purify my heart and sanctify my heart, mind, body, and soul. Cleanse me from all the impure effects of the cultural corruption that is so widespread in the world, from all the habitual impurity that affects the way I see things and the way I speak. The mouth speaks from the abundunce of the heart. Help me to recieve the blessings that cometo the pure of heart. Help me to see You in the midst of this fallen world. Help me to see the possibilities of a new way of being and seeing the world so that my character can be formed and reformed according to the image of You in all its beauty and purity. By Your grace, help me to be an example in speech, in life, in love, and in faith.

Stephen also told us about how broken bones grow back stronger. Help me to break things that need to be broken so that I can learn to do them better and be stronger. Amen.
